Sue Griffiths Selected for Summer Exhibition at
Plas Glyn y Weddw
Exhibition dates: 22 July to 4 October
North Wales artist Sue Griffiths is pleased to be exhibiting four paintings in the Summer Exhibition at Plas Glyn y Weddw, which runs from 22 July to 4 October. As one of Wales’ most admired arts venues, Plas Glyn y Weddw provides a fitting setting for Sue’s work, which is inspired by the changing light, weather and atmosphere of the North Wales coast.
The paintings on show — Quiet Morning Aberdyfi, Misty Sunrise Aberdyfi, Aberdyfi Squall, and Flooding Tide Black Rock Sands — reflect Sue’s expressive acrylic style and her strong connection to the landscape of the region. Together, the works explore shifting skies, estuary light and the movement of tide and weather, offering visitors a glimpse into the moods and character of the Welsh coast.
